Do you charge a planning fee?
Personalized planning may include a professional design fee, based on the length and complexity of your trip. You’ll have complete clarity on scope and cost before planning begins.
What does “luxury” mean here?
It means the right fit, thoughtful access, your time well spent, and details that feel intentional. It is never one particular destination, hotel style, or way of traveling.
When should I reach out?
Earlier is always helpful. As interest in luxury travel continues to grow, some tours are best reserved one to two years in advance to secure your preferred room or suite—especially cruises. For high-demand events such as Formula 1 races or Oktoberfest, planning at least a year ahead gives you the best opportunity to secure the right hotel.
